PAYMENT METHODS

• Credit Card (Paytr)

You can make all your payments with your credit card and if you wish, in 12 monthly installments. We use the reliable Paytr infrastructure as a virtual pos service for credit card payments. Your information is never stored in our systems and your payments are processed through secure bank infrastructures.

• Money Order/EFT Payment

You can make your payment for your order via bank transfer. After completing your order transactions by selecting the "Bank Transfer/EFT" option, simply transfer the total amount to the IBAN account sent to you.

DELIVERY

All domestic orders placed from derimade.com are sent by Aras cargo, ptt, cargo.

• Delivery Time

Your orders will be prepared within an average of 3-5 business days (7-10 business days for some products) and delivered to cargo from Ankara, and then a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address. Depending on the distance of the delivery address, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 2 business days at the latest.

What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?

After your product is delivered to the cargo, you will be sent a tracking number. If you are not at the specified address or cannot be reached, your order will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 business days. This process is completely under the control of the cargo company. If the package is not received, your order will be returned to Derimade. A shipping fee will be requested for the resending of your returned order or your order will be reshipped to your name with a cash on delivery.
